The Stillforest annual meeting is held in mid to late October of each year. Our fiscal year runs from October 1st to September 30th of each year. Because of the time required to prepare financial statements, our annual meeting is usually 2 to 4 weeks after the end of our fiscal year.

A notice of the annual meeting will be sent to all residents via email in advance of the annual meeting. The notice of the annual meeting will include:

1. Minutes of the prior annual meeting
2. The agenda for the upcoming meeting
3. Any other relevant information that may be discussed at the annual meeting

The financial results for the prior fiscal year just ended will be presented at the annual meeting.
