The Stillforest Subdivision was established in [1947] per the terms of the deed restrictions filed in the real property records of Harris County.  Our homeowner association is active and meets annually to discuss the finances of the association and any other matters requiring attention.

Our deed restrictions are carefully enforced to ensure that property values and a consistent appearance are maintained.  We currently employ a security service and have an active security camera on premises.

Our governance structure is set forth in our deed restrictions and is summarized as follows:

  1.  Board of Directors - 5 members
  2.  Standing Committees:
    • Building Committee - this committee reviews and approves any proposed improvements to lots or homes in the neighborhood
    • Security Committee - this committee addresses any issues related to security
    • Drainage Committee - this committee addresses any drainage issues affecting the neighborhood
    • Kinkaid Committee - this committee deals with any issues related to our neighbor, the Kinkaid School
