Stillforest Subdivision Deed Restrictions

The original deed restrictions for Stillforest Subdivision were created and filed of record in 1947.   Those deed restrictions were properly amended in 1983, and provide the basis for our current deed restrictions.

The primary amendments to the 1983 Deed Restrictions are listed below.   There may be additional amendments to the deed restrictions that are not listed here.  New home buyers (and existing homeowners) with questions regarding the deed restrictions are encouraged to consult a real estate attorney or do their own due diligence regarding property use restrictions in Stillforest Subdivision.

1989 Amendment - increase maximum permitted roof height to 35 feet

2013 Amendment - amend various parts of Article IV of the Deed Restrictions
