The Stillforest Board is soliciting those homeowners who are interested in serving on the Architectural Review Committee (a.k.a. our building committee). Pursuant to Section 209.00507 of the Texas Property Code, this webpage shall serve as notice to all homeowners of the Stillforest Homeowners Association that the Board is soliciting members of our association that are interested in serving on the architectural review committee.
The duties of the architectural review committee shall be to review and approve architectural plans submitted to the architectural review committee (a.k.a. the building committee) to ensure such plans conform to the architectural requirements set forth in the deed restrictions of the Stillforest Neighborhood Committee.
Interested homeowners may advise the HOA board of their interest in serving on the architectural review committee not later than October 25, 2026 by any of the following ways:
- at the Annual Meeting of the Stillforest Neighborhood that will be held on October 25th, 2026 at 4:00PM at #5 Stillforest;
- By submitting an email expressing interest to at least two current board members of the Stillforest Neighborhood Committee; or
- By submitting a written letter, hand delivered to the mailbox of at least two current board members of the Stillforest Neighborhood Committee
Once the board has collected interest from members of the Stillforest Neighborhood, it will meet to select the architectural review committee. Each architectural review committee member appointed by the board shall serve a two year term commencing on the date of their appointment.
The board shall appoint members of the architectural review committee in accordance with rules set forth in the Texas property code.
